Once again, Community Alliance of Tenants has locked arms with our partners at Stable Homes for Oregon Families as part of the Fair Shot coalition to push for safe homes and Strong Communities. Here is our 2025 legislative agenda with Fair Shot:
Replenish Emergency Rent Assistance: Ensure families in crisis can stay housed while navigating challenges
Close Rent Stabilization Gaps: Strengthen laws to prevent unjust rent hikes and evictions
Build a Fair Housing System: Address discriminatory practices and protect manufactured home residents
