Rob Cochran is one of CAT's newest Tenant Education & Support Coordinators (Hotline), supporting tenants by providing critical resources through the Renters’ Rights Hotline, workshops, and advocacy programs. Rob joined CAT in 2025, bringing extensive experience in housing education, community outreach, and program coordination. Before joining CAT, he worked at Portland Housing Center, where he developed bilingual educational materials, streamlined program processes, and supported diverse communities in accessing housing resources. Rob is passionate about housing justice and empowering tenants through education, advocacy, and direct support.
