CAT Strategic Planning 2022

CAT is currently collecting feedback on the draft of our next strategic plan. This plan will set the direction of the organization for the next three years, so it is critical that members have a voice as we work to finalize and approve it. This document, informed by tenants and members across the state, is critical in guiding our next steps as an organization as we continue our work for Housing Justice in some of the most economically and politically challenging times in our history. Amidst this challenge, CAT continues to grow. We are no longer a small organization. The need for our expansion continues to be highlighted in this strategic plan. This growth is a place of great opportunity as we learn together what it means to be a mid-sized organization across Oregon in a virtual space.
