Eviction Representation for All Qualifies for May 2023 Ballot!

The Eviction Representation for All campaign has passed the critical step of qualifying for the May 2023 ballot in May 2023. Garnering more than 24,000 signatures, voters in Multnomah County will have a chance to guarantee every person who lands in eviction court the right to free legal counsel, the same as criminal court come May 16, 2023.

CAT has been proud to be an early endorser of this initiative and know it will help keep more people housed and provide greater security to tenants during one of the most daunting times in anyone’s life - fighting for their home.
