The Renters’ Rights Hotline gives tenants detailed information about their rights and practical suggestions to help protect those rights. We can help renters anywhere in Oregon, however you may need to join CAT as a member if you're not in one of our funded counties. Our funded counties are: Multnomah, Washington, Jackson, Marion, Deschutes and Coos. For priority call back on the hotline, join as a member here.

We may be able to provide other ways of communication such as email or live chatting for example if you are a Deaf or hard of hearing renter. Submit your accommodation request for an appointment by emailing to hotline@oregoncat.org. *We do not give legal advice or provide rental assistance funds. When calling the Hotline, it is important to leave details of the city you're calling from, if you're a current member, and the best time to reach you within our hotline hours.
